About · Inai Systems

Absence by design.

Inai Systems LLC is a Delaware-based technology holding company. We are both a parent entity for distinct product ventures and an engineering studio designing the infrastructure those products run on.

A system is well-designed when its builder isn't there. We start with the question: what happens when nobody is watching?

Then we build the runtime, the agents, and the telemetry that make the answer boring.

Manifesto

The three rules of an absent system.

01

Absence is the spec.

A system is well-designed when its builder isn't there. We start with the question: what happens when nobody is watching?

02

The runtime is the product.

We don't sell features. We sell a process that survives restarts, network partitions, weekends, and changes of heart.

03

Humans only when the playbook runs out.

Agents are not interns. They escalate with context: what they tried, what they're stuck on, and what they need from you.

Etymology

The name.

“Inai” comes from the Japanese word for not present, or absent. The thesis follows from the word: a well-designed system runs in the absence of its builder. The violet through the rest of the system is a nod to Void Spirit — the founder's favorite Dota 2 hero.
